Terms of Service

VEYRA is a personal AI assistant. It generates summaries, priorities, task suggestions, drafts and automation proposals based on the information you provide and the services you connect. Outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. VEYRA is not a professional advisor and its output is not legal, medical, financial or tax advice.

You remain responsible for anything you act on. Before sending a message, accepting a scheduling change, or relying on a summary, review the content for accuracy and appropriateness. Do not use VEYRA output as the sole basis for decisions with legal, financial, safety or health consequences.

VEYRA can connect to third-party services such as Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Contacts. Those services are operated by their providers under their own terms and privacy policies, and VEYRA does not control their availability, behaviour or data handling. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect the accounts you connect, and you may disconnect them at any time.

Actions that send data or affect others — sending or replying to email in Gmail, and running automations — require your explicit approval. VEYRA prepares the action and presents it for confirmation before anything is sent. Once you approve an action, it is executed as described and you accept responsibility for its effects. Automations you configure to repeat continue to run under the scope you approved until you pause or delete them.

VEYRA's access to Google Calendar and Google Contacts is read-only. VEYRA does not create, move, cancel or otherwise modify calendar events, and does not add, modify or delete contacts.

• Do not use VEYRA for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive activity.
• Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, spam or phishing content.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data, bypass approval gates, or circumvent security or rate limits.
• Do not upload or connect data you are not authorized to process, and do not infringe the rights of others.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell or misrepresent the service.

Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or terminated, with notice where reasonably possible.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any credentials used to access it, and for the activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

VEYRA is provided on an "as available" basis. Maintenance, third-party outages, rate limits or network issues may interrupt or degrade functionality, and no specific uptime is guaranteed unless agreed in a separate written agreement. To the extent permitted by law, VEYRA is provided without warranties, and liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages is excluded.

Features may be added, modified or discontinued as the product develops, and these terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page and communicated in the product where appropriate. Continuing to use VEYRA after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

You may stop using VEYRA at any time. Users may disconnect connected Google integrations, which revokes stored tokens and stops further access. Additional account and data deletion options will be provided as VEYRA moves toward public release.
